Great Reviews and Serendipity

I love it when I find great reviews for Climbing Rose titles that I wasn't expecting to find. It's serendipitous! (And yes, I love that word and look for excuses to use it! :)

Here's a great review for Poor Me by Dara and Raina Edmondson by Aurora Reviews:

In this touching and real-to-life story, Jessie’s struggles within herself and in her relationships touch on the things that all teens are faced with, whether they’re rich, poor, or stuck somewhere in the middle. Poor Me is beautifully written and styled in a way that is appealing to both younger readers as well as adults. And, in the end, she learns one of life’s most important lessons – one that will stick with the reader long after they’ve finished the book.

How fabulous is that? No more fabulous than Poor Me deserves, of course. Pick up your copy in our eBook store today!

And how about this five-star review from Between the Lines for When Mike Kissed Emma by Christine Marciniak:

The author manages the forbidden attraction between the two protagonists with sensitivity but also realism and the story has a poignancy and sensuality that makes it top notch. The cast of supporting characters is strong and the writing has clarity and sparkle and I can't wait to read other books by this author. Overall, When Mike Kissed Emma is a must- whatever your age. Get out there and treat yourself for Christmas!

Wow. Wonderful reviews. Makes me feel honored I'm going to get to see my title sitting next to theirs on eBookstore shelves.
